a) Minimum 3 years working experience in Group-A post in Government/Semi-Government/Local Self-Government Organization

(b) A retired officer to be appointed on contract basis should be physically, mentally or medically fit and possess the requisite capacity for the proposed service.

c) No departmental inquiry should be ongoing or proposed against the retired officer to be appointed on contract basis or any punishment should have been imposed in connection with such inquiry.
