  • अर्जदाराने/ उमेदवाराने अर्जासोबत आवश्यक ती कागदपत्रे (प्रत) जोडणे आवश्यक आहे.अर्जासोबत माध्यमिक शालांतपरीक्षा प्रमाणपत्राची प्रत जोडावी.
  • उमेदवाराने स्वतःचे पूर्ण नाव माध्यमिक शाळा प्रमाणपत्राप्रमाणेच अचूकपणे नोंदवावे.
  • जाहिरात प्रसिध्द केलेल्या दिनांका पर्यत असणारे उमेदवाराचे वय (दिवस, महिने व वर्ष) अर्जात अचूक नमुद करावे.
  • मुलाखतीसाठी पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांना मुलाखतीसंदर्भात देण्यात येणा-या सुचना ई-मेल व्दारे देण्यात येतील. पात्र उमेदवारांची यादी उपरोक्त नमुद संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध करण्यात येईल. सदर ई-मेल आयडी पदभरती प्रक्रिया पुर्ण होई पर्यंत चालू राहील व ई-मेल वेळोवेळी तपासण्याची जबाबदारी उमेदवाराची राहील.
  • पद भरतीबाबत पात्र ठरणाऱ्या उमेदवारांची यादी आणि पदभरतीबाबतच्या आवश्यक सुचना व सुधारणा वेळोवेळी सदर www.nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in, https://arogya.maharashtra.gov.in संकेतस्थळावर प्रकाशित करण्यात येतील याकरिता वेळोवेळी संकेतस्थळावर भेट देणे देखील बंधनकारक आहे.
  • उमेदवार महाराष्ट्र राज्याचा अधिवास आहे किंवा कसे हे नमूद करणे आवश्यक आहे, असल्यास त्याबाबतचे विहीत प्रमाणपत्र (Domicile Certificate) अर्जा सोबत सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.
  • अर्ज करण्याची अंतिम तारीख २१ जुलै २०२३, तत्पूर्वी अर्जदाराने अर्ज सादर करावे. अंतिम तारखेनंतर अर्ज केल्यास ते स्वीकारले जाणार नाहीत..

निवड प्रक्रिया कशी असेल ?

  • सदरील गुणानुक्रमानुसार निवड करताना उमेदवारांची एकाकी पद असल्यामुळे गुणांकन यादी (Merit List) तयार करण्यात येईल.
  • निवड यादी प्रसिद्ध केल्यांनतर निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांचे मूळ कागदपत्र पडताळणी करुन नियुक्ती आदेश निर्गमित करणेत 13/9 येतील व मूळ कागदपत्र पडताळणी दरम्यान अनियमितता आढळून आल्यास सदर उमेदवारास अपात्र ठरविण्यात येईल, याची नोंद घ्यावी.
  • गुणांकन यादी तयार केल्यानंतर दोन किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांना समान गुण असल्यास ज्या उमेदवाराचे वय जास्त आहे अशा उमेदवारास प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.
  • तसेच उमेदवारांचे गुणांकन (Merit) व वय देखील समान असेल तर अशा वेळी उमेदवाराचा संबंधित पदाशी निगडीत अनुभव जास्त असेल अशा उमेदवारास प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.
  • पात्र/अपात्र उमेदवारांच्या हरकती मागवून त्यांचे निराकरण करुन अंतिम निवड यादी प्रसिद्ध करण्यात यईल.

How to apply ?

  • This application is to be done online/offline mode.
  • All the candidates are required to fill the application within the prescribed time in the online google form on the below mentioned google link.

  • The applicant/candidate must attach the required documents (copies) along with the application.Attach the copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate along with the application.
  • The age (days, months and years) of the candidate as on the date of publication of the advertisement should be mentioned correctly in the application.
  • Interview instructions will be given to the candidates who qualify for the interview through e-mail. The list of eligible candidates will be published on the above Namud website. The said e-mail ID will continue till the completion of the recruitment process and it will be the responsibility of the candidate to check the e-mail from time to time.
  • It is also mandatory to visit the website from time to time for the list of candidates eligible for the post recruitment and the necessary instructions and corrections regarding the post recruitment will be published on the said website www.nrhm.maharashtra.gov.in, https://arogya.maharashtra.gov.in.
  • It is necessary to state whether the candidate is a domicile of Maharashtra state or how, if so, the Domicile Certificate must be submitted along with the application form.
  • The last date of application is 21st July 2023, before which the applicant should submit the application. Applications after the last date will not be accepted.

How will the selection process be?

  • While selecting according to the above merit list, the merit list will be prepared as the candidates have a single post.
  • It should be noted that after the publication of the selection list, the original documents of the selected candidates will be verified and the appointment orders will be issued on 13/9 and if any irregularity is found during the verification of the original documents, the said candidate will be disqualified.
  • The final selection list will be published after asking the objections of the eligible/ineligible candidates and resolving them.
